What: You want to move your body more now that the nicer weather is here and you are wondering how to get back on track. You would love a more stable core and happier hips.
Why: Covid-19 lock down left you feeling like you are too out of shape to go back to the gym OR you worry about not being able to socially distance once you are there
Where: Your house--lets meet (virtually) there whenever you want!
When: Mon to Thurs (for 50 min ea day--including warm-up) and Fridays (for 10 min) for 6 weeks. You choose the time!
How: Using your body weight, and basic work out equipment that you probably already have at home. With videos and detailed text for each move.
